Total Processing Time
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 3-5 days after receiving payment. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and the shipping destination. Please see below Shipping Options.

Shipping Options
For all deliveries we offer two shipment options: Small items (i.e jewelry, jewelry-making supplies etc.) will ship by Air. Large items (i.e bags, jewelry boxes, stuffed animals etc.) will ship by Ocean.
Shipping Rate
Shipping is free for orders over $150. We by default use Standard Shipping for free shipping orders. If you prefer to use Express Shipping for free shipping orders, you can select Express Shipping directly at checkout. Additional charges will apply.
For orders under $150, shipping costs vary by three key factors: shipping option (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, Air or Ocean), destination country, and package weight. We calculate shipping costs for you at checkout before you proceed to pay.

* The shipping rates below are the average rate per kilogram. Shipping rates may fluctuate due to wholesale seasonality. As the package weight increases, the shipping rate per kilogram will decrease. Standard shipping per parcel starts from $20. Express shipping per parcel starts from $30. Actual shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Other than countries listed above, other countries we deliver to include Belgium, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, New Zealand, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Shipping by Ocean
Due to size and weight, some large items (e.g., bags, pillows, stuffed animals) ship via ocean freight. Once your order is assembled, ocean delivery typically takes 18–25 days to your door. Not sure if your order will ship by ocean or air? Contact us at
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the order status, tracking number and additional delivery instructions.
You can also log into your Factory Price Jewelry account to check the status of your order or message your dedicated concierge representative for timely delivery updates.
Customs and Duties
We deliver most orders with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means we handle shipping and customs clearance. This includes covering international shipping, customs clearance fees, taxes, and any import duties. For non-DDP packages, customers are responsible for customs and duties. If customers choose to clear customs for their packages on their own, customers will be responsible for the customs and duties incurred.
Since customs legislation varies country by country, we are not able to calculate for you in advance. We suggest you find out customs duties and exemptions before placing orders. Fortunately, in most countries, goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, are exempt from clearance charges and import taxes. Goods exceeding a certain value and/or in non-exemptible categories are likely subject to import taxes and duties.
